Jewish Home & Rehab Center is a nonprofit, licensed skilled nursing center specializing in care, services, and programs for older adults. Admission is not limited by race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or disability.

To meet the evolving needs and advances in senior care, we have grown to a nine-acre comprehensive care center, currently serving approximately 300 residents with diverse care needs. Non-residential specialty care is offered through our short-term and rehabilitation services program and acute geriatric psychiatry hospital.

Pharmacy

Convenient, personalized pharmaceutical services are provided by an on-site licensed hospital pharmacy.

Medical and Nursing

Physicians are at the Home daily and are on call 24-hours a day. All medical staff are geriatric specialists, and are complemented by Nursing, which employs more than 300 RNs, LVNs, nursing supervisors, and certified nursing assistants.

Nutrition

One of the first activities in which a new resident will participate is the noon or evening meal. Nutritional Services provides clinical nutrition, as well as food services, to residents. All kosher food (optional) is prepared in accordance with kosher dietary laws, under the supervision of the full-time rabbi.

Price Transparency

JHRC is committed to the effort of healthcare price transparency by providing relevant information so that patients and their families can be made aware of the costs associated with the services they receive.

The Public Health Services Act* requires hospitals to post a list of standard charges online in order for patients to make informed financial decisions about their care. This list is updated once a year and current prices are effective January 1, 2021.

In compliance with the new CMS Hospital Price Transparency rule** effective January 1, 2021, JHRC is adding additional information to the standard charges list, including the discounted cash prices, payer-specific negotiated charges, and de-identified minimum and maximum negotiated charges.
